I think this chapter was too fast!
And Byakuya,i still not believe that he dies.The "death" of Byakuya was ridiculous,but it may not be the end, I know that when a shinigami zanpakuto break up is the end.But see this:

In theory, when a shinigami has destroyed his zanpakuto, he should die,Renji almost died, when in fact it was supposed to have died because of this fact, I believe that the same occurs with Byakuya.
